Neil is a Partner at StoneTurn Group, LLP and serves as a consulting and testifying financial expert in complex business disputes, intellectual property litigation, and business valuation matters. He has more than 13 years of experience that includes the evaluation and quantification of economic damages in commercial disputes such as breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, stock valuation / shareholder disputes, and diminution of business value claims, as well as intellectual property litigation matters including patent, copyright and trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and false advertising and deceptive trade practices under the Lanham Act.  Neil also has experience in valuation matters, has designed and executed compliance inspection programs and royalty audits, and has consulted clients on licensing issues across a broad range of industries.  Neil holds the Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) and Certified Forensic Financial Analyst (CFFA) designations from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and the Certified Licensing Professional (CLP) designation from the Licensing Executives Society.

Neil has a national practice with a particular focus on the Boston and San Francisco Bay Area markets.  Prior to joining StoneTurn, Neil spent several years as part of the intellectual property consulting practice at a Big Four public accounting firm.
