Todd is a Journal of High Technology Law Editorial Board member.  He is currently a 4th year evening student at Suffolk University Law School pursuing a concentration in Intellectual Property.  He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Virginia Tech and has been employed as a Software Engineer for the last 7 years.
